Rockin Body & Soul is built around the belief that wellness looks different for everyone. My journey has been unique — and so is yours. I meet you exactly where you are, help you set realistic goals, and, when needed, work alongside your physician to ensure your plan is safe, effective, and sustainable.

My love for movement began early — I started ballet as a child and continued dancing and teaching well into my 30s. Dance taught me discipline, grace, and strength. Later in life, during my own weight-loss journey, I fell in love with bodybuilding — it reminded me of ballet, but with a new kind of power. That’s where my passion for lifting heavy and moving with purpose was born.

When I had my weight-loss surgery, I remember walking into the gym for the first time, stepping on the treadmill, and then sitting in my car and crying. I was overwhelmed — but the gym owners saw me, supported me, and believed in me. They took my photos, tracked my progress, and helped me see what was possible. That experience changed my life, and now it’s my mission to create that same environment of care, accountability, and empowerment for others.

Through Body & Soul, I combine strength training, personal coaching, and emotional support to help clients build not just stronger bodies — but stronger minds and habits. My dedication to both work and family fuels my purpose: to help others discover the confidence and strength that already lives within them.

At Rockin Body & Soul, every fitness journey starts with connection, care, and a plan designed just for you. Here’s how it works:

    Fill out the short inquiry form on our website. This helps me learn a bit about you — your goals, lifestyle, and any health considerations.

  2. Personal Contact
    Within 24–48 hours, I’ll reach out by phone or email to introduce myself and answer any questions you have.

  3. Free Consultation
    We’ll schedule a brief call or virtual chat to discuss your goals, available equipment, and which program (6, 9, or 12 weeks) fits best.

  4. Program Setup
    Once you’re ready to begin, you’ll receive your personalized plan, accountability tools, and a Welcome Pack to get started strong.

  5. First Session
    During your initial session, we’ll take your starting measurements, review your plan, and set realistic goals to track your progress.
